EU G2A.com Cup to start today
The G2A.com December Cup Powered by FACEIT will begin the EU portion of its matches today.
Originally scheduled for next week, the EU side of the G2A.com December Cup will commence with its first matches taking place today.
Although the other side of the quarter finals bracket is still to take place in a week's time, two semi-finalists will be determined via today's matches.
Team LDLC will take part in the cup
The eight teams are contending for a first place prize of $5,000. The rest of the prize breakdown is as follows:

The semi-finals and finals will be in a BO5 format and take place in January. The current teams participating in the tournament are:

The NA portion of the G2A.com December Cup will also continue today and it is worth mentioning that Area 51 have bowed out of the tournament and will be replaced by WinOut.net.
Update: WinOut.net have been unable to field a proper line-up and have been replaced by Mythic.
